Amazing art store with incredibly well informed staff. I stopped in after along drive through two states as my local art store had not so much of that knowledge base. I'm so glad I did. I've been looking to upgrade my watercolor paints. Hannah was with me by my side helping me make informed decisions. She answered every question I had. Her depth of knowledge regarding all of the myriad pigments and their sources with impressive. The selection of paints across numerous disciplines is deep. The selections available in person and with staff available to assist make online shopping for our passion a seeming bone-headed move. She was kind enough to offer great discounts. The sale selection was enough to cause jaws to hit floors. I'll be back. I was very impressed.

Lots of supplies. Big store and we'll organized! Also, I like the Jerry's Artarama location in the Bearden area of Knoxville. Artarama had a 40 to 60 percent sale on large to very large canvas with 1/2" to about 2 1/2" framed. Charles Milton Google Guide Over 573 million views on my Google Maps Photos as of 1/20/2023

They have everything I need and more. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff create a welcoming while not overbearing environment. The prices are great too. This is my go-to place for all my art supplies.

Very helpful my youngest is interested in drawing loves learning. The staff walked her through several markers pens until she found what she wanted. We left happy and her excited to try more things.

Be careful when buying from them. They will add things to your order that you didn't buy at checkout. This is an unfair practice that amounts to thievery. When I asked them about it they never answered me. When I sent a second email... They blocked me.

Hi quality art supplies and very helpful staff. I got water color paper and a easel from there. The staff was friendly and helped me find everything I needed. I love the vibe -- creative and busy but slow paced and peaceful.

Went to Jerry's for the first time today. They have a massive selection of products! Pretty amazing if you are an artist. I was really excited to check out the store. I went in and like 4 or employees were huddled in a circle. I was not acknowledged in the slightest. I walked around a bit hoping someone would ask if I needed help with anything (because I did lol), but I had to go ask an employee for help finding a certain product. Once I asked, they were friendly and helpful. Overall however, it seemed like I was more of an inconvenience to the store employees. Again, excellent product selection, some really great prices on brushes, etc, so don't let my review prevent you from checking this place out. Based off other reviews, maybe they were all just having an off day.

Jerry's is a great place to get art supplies. They carry things you never knew existed or that you needed. We have gotten frames and framing material from here as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
